The budget also aims to fund completion of all ongoing capital projects.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The Governor explained that the budget will be financed from anticipated recurrent revenue of N113,839,901,000 made of FAAC allocation and increased IGR, and capital receipts of N154,081,583,000 made up of loans and grants.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">He announced many plans in the education sector which include the establishment of new technical schools, reconstruction and reopening of some schools destroyed by insurgents, and the establishment of what he called \u201cCentres of Excellence\u201d which will involve identifying two existing secondary schools in each of Borno\u2019s three Senatorial zones and transforming the six schools to become of international standards.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-10250\" src=\"https:\/\/newsreservoir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/IMG_20211130_25745-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/newsreservoir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/IMG_20211130_25745-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/newsreservoir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/IMG_20211130_25745-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/newsreservoir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/IMG_20211130_25745-696x463.jpg 696w, https:\/\/newsreservoir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/IMG_20211130_25745-632x420.jpg 632w, https:\/\/newsreservoir.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/IMG_20211130_25745.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Zulum announced allocations for other sectors, setting aside N23.8b for reconstruction of communities destroyed by insurgents, as well as the rehabilitation and resettlement of victims.
