PDP Embarks on ‘End Wike\u2019s rascality\u2019 campaign<\/p>\n

A group within the People’s Democratic Party PDP has come up with a strategy called ‘End Wike\u2019s rascality\u2019 campaign.<\/p>\n

\n

This according to observers is a hatched plot to blackmail Governor Nyesom Wike over his straight jacketed posture against the party.<\/p>\n

\n

\n

However, the Rivers State Commissioner for Information and Communications, Chris Finebone, has on Thursday in Port Harcourt described the group as faceless while displaying to newsmen some documents said to be bearing the plot to blackmail the Rivers governor.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cThis is the evidence of the plot to blackmail Governor Wike. This is the document and it is titled, \u2018proposal with hashtag, to end Wike rascality programme.\u2019<\/div>\n

\u201cWe encouraged them to remove their mask and show selves as the governor and the government is equal to the task of responding to them adequately.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u201cThey can\u2019t even sign it (the document) to push for this. It is important we warn them.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u201cIt is important we also warn Nigerians about this scheme. We expect more of them to come.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
\u201cBut I can assure you that the governor and the G-5 would rise to the occasion as they continue to start this type of campaign of calumny.<\/div>\n

It will be recalled that PDP crisis have lingered for quite a long time now only to be compounded with the emergence of this new group.<\/p>\n
