Aminu Bello Masari announced this when he received World Bank officials led by Dr. Joy Egene on a courtesy call.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">\n<p dir=\"auto\">\n<p dir=\"auto\">The State Commissioner of Environment Hon.
