{"id":1447,"date":"2018-08-11T06:26:55","date_gmt":"2018-08-11T06:26:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/newsreservoir.com\/?p=1447"},"modified":"2018-08-11T06:26:55","modified_gmt":"2018-08-11T06:26:55","slug":"niger-state-government-zenith-bank-signs-mou-to-build-100-capacity-information-technology-centre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/newsreservoir.com\/?p=1447","title":{"rendered":"Niger State Government, Zenith Bank Signs MoU to Build 100 Capacity Information Technology Centre"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Niger State Government, Zenith Bank Signs MoU to Build 100 Capacity Information Technology Centre<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Zanab Tanimu<\/p>\n<p>Kaduna, North-West, NIGERIA<\/p>\n<p>Niger State Government and the Zenith Bank of Nigeria Plc have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for building 100 capacity Information Technology Centre (ICT).<br \/>\nGovernor Abubakar Sani-Bello who signed the MOU at the Government House in Minna, the state capital assured that the state government would ensure continuous partnership with bank.<br \/>\nThe Governor noted that the project would go a long way to provide job opportunities for the teeming youths, improve the Internally Generated Revenue of the state and as well add value to the educational sector of the state.<br \/>\n\u201cAs part of your Corporate Social Responsibility, you have decided to give us a very special ICT center and from the master plan it is .will have positive impact.\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cWe sincerely appreciate this support as it will engage the youths in terms of empowerment and at the same time improve education.\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cApart from increasing our IGR in the state it may also provide for job opportunities for few people.<br \/>\n\u201cWhatever business or structure that comes into the state even if it employes one person it is something. It means taking one person out of the labour market. So we will try to encourage and support interventions like this.\u201d<br \/>\nHe then commended the bank for the support given to the state government in times of needs.<br \/>\nEarlier, the Executive Director of the bank, Mal.
