Nastrul Lahil -L Fatih Society NASFAT has stressed on the need to hasten the completion of the gigantic Aseese multi – purpose mosque.<\/div>\n

The realization of this dream took the center stage of the stakeholders meeting’s discussion held at NASFAT Kaduna Media Center (NASKAM) conference hall, NASFAT village Kaduna.<\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
Chairman, NASFAT Kaduna Branch, Alhaji AbdulGaniyu Ajao, intimating members on headquarter’s desire to see the mosque completed before the Ramadan urged all present to contribute to the project in order that the mosque can be open for use during the fasting period.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

Aside the Aseese world class facility mosque serving as a place of worship, it would also be a hub for Islamic learning and research. It will offer every Muslim and Islamic scholars an opportunity to carry out research and learn more about lslam teachings and practice of the Holy Prophet Muhammed SAW.<\/div>\n

<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\u00a0If completed, the research centre will apart from Saudi Arabia and some North African countries be second to none especially in Nigeria.<\/div>\n

Members elated with the good news all pledged their support to make it a reality.<\/div>\n

NASFAT headquarters represented by member of its board, Engineer Muhyideen Alimi Yusuf expressing happiness over the\u00a0 response appreciated every member for their financial support which he said will go a long way in the smooth execution of the project.<\/div>\n

In his word of advise, he urged on the need to be united for that will help in achieving the set goals.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The branch Vice Chairman, Alhaji AbdulAkeem Adeniji gave a run down of the administration’s achievements which includes, the installation of solar energy which he said has led to the reduction of electricity consumption.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Also, the school project has received adequate attention as classes for the secondary section is at its advance level.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The branch inline with NASFAT’s agenda also has through its Dawa’ah programme touched on lives by\u00a0 empowering members and none members to the tune of four million naira (N4m) through zakat committee.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Not only that, series of health activities such as medical checkups and screening he informed\u00a0 were carried out for members and those within the neighbourhoods.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
There is also the plan to open a bookshop to serve the school\/members among others. He said.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

He noted that the introduction of the family outreach programme by the Ramadan committee has yielded positive results as it has helped in Strengthening the bond amongst members.<\/div>\n

Under Dawa’ah and education programme, intervention he said was extended to Queen Amina college.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
“NASFAT observed that Muslim students in the school were not given adequate lslamic knowledge and also not having Jummat service. After consulting with the school management, NASFAT presently is footing the bills for the islamiyya teachers. On a weekly basis, Mission board makes provision for Imam to lead them in weekly Jummat prayers.”<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Alhaji AbdulAkeem while acknowleding the fact that perfection belongs to Allah said,<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
“For all our inadequacies, please forgive us. For all our achievements, please support us so that we can do more.”<\/div>\n

NASFAT Zonal Chairman, Alhaji Popoola Gambari expressing satisfaction with the good work of the branch, enjoined them not to relent in their efforts in making the branch great.<\/div>\n
He charged everyone to always give maximum cooperation to the executives in order to function optimally.<\/div>\n

The Zonal Missioner, Imam Marooph Muh’d Raji, also appreciating everyone’s contributions commended the zeal with which the executives\/members respond to demands whenever the need arises; saying, Allah loves those who spend in the course of His religion.<\/div>\n

The Imam assured of mission board’s continuous stride in the spiritual upliftment of members.<\/div>\n

The Assistant Missioners Usthaz Abdulkareem Mustapha and Ustazh AbdulRazaq Zulquarnain in their separate spiritual diet both stressed on the need to strengthen the spirit of brotherhood by ensuring that one<\/div>\n

The interactive session gave everyone present the opportunity to proffer ways to moving the society forward.<\/div>\n

Amongst issues discussed were the\u00a0 acquisition of coaster bus by the branch facilitated by the headquarters which it said will help in easing transportation problem.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Also discussed was the need for membership drive. Members welfare remains key and therefore needs to be strengthened.<\/div>\n

The executives and every stakeholder were charged to be committed to their responsibilities as well as be of\u00a0 exemplary character for the society to move forward.<\/div>\n
