It is a win-win situation, he said. Both the leader and the led need to join hands together and with\u00a0 the fear of Allah in them to make it work.<\/div>\n

The one we are operating today is a triangular system where the peak is up, the leader is sitting on everybody and if you complain they press you down so that you keep quiet. That is not Islamic leadership.”<\/div>\n
