Tinubu Mourns Late NTA Broadcaster, Aisha Bello Mustapha, Condoles Family, Colleagues<\/p>\n

President Bola Tinubu has extended his deepest condolences to the family, friends, colleagues, management and staff of Nigerian Television Authority, Africa\u2019s largest Television network, as well as the Broadcasting Organisations of Nigeria on the death of veteran NTA Broadcaster, Aisha Bello.<\/p>\n

According to the statement signed by the Special Adviser to President Tinubu on Media and Publicity, Chief Ajuri Ngelale, the President has received with grief, the news of the passing of late Aisha Bello Mustapha, whom he described as one of the great icons of the Nigerian broadcast media.<\/p>\n

“The President joins them in paying solemn respects to the highly professional news anchor and presenter, who spent 35 years at NTA until her retirement in 2022.<\/p>\n

\u201cDuring her time as the presenter of the flagship \u2018NTA Network News at 9\u2019, Nigerians and viewers around the world looked forward to seeing her smile, warmth, and wisdom as she delivered news that can be trusted objectively.<\/p>\n

\u201cHer legacy in broadcast journalism lives on in the rich news archives she leaves behind and the contributions she made to the development of broadcasting in Nigeria. She brought news to life and will continue to be a beacon to inspire generations in the beautiful art of broadcasting,\u201d the President stated.<\/div>\n
