This is contained in a notice issued by the apex court to all the parties in the suit on Wednesday. According to the notice, the court directed that each party should not have more than two lawyers in attendance. In late December last year, a five-member panel of the Supreme Court led by Justice John Inyang Okoro had listened to arguments by the parties concerned and reserved judgment on the case.<\/p>\n<p>The PUNCH reports that the appellate court had affirmed the verdict of the tribunal that sacked Governor Abba Yusuf and declared the candidate of the APC, Dr Nasiru Gawuna, as the authentic winner. Supporters of the NNPP have continued to fault the Appeal Court ruling, especially the controversy surrounding the claim that two different judgments were delivered, which were against and also in favour of the incumbent governor.<\/p>\n<p>On the contrary, the APC supporters continued to hail the two judgments which favoured their candidate.
