Urban Shelter Limited has launched a groundbreaking ceremony for a new 200-hectare housing development in Millennium City, Chikun Local Government Area, Kaduna State.<\/p>\n
At Tuesday’s event, Managing Director and CEO Hajiya Sadiya Aminu reaffirmed the company’s commitment to the state\u2019s economic, social, and commercial growth. She expressed excitement about the project\u2019s goal of delivering quality and affordable housing to local residents.<\/p>\n
Aminu highlighted that this project builds on their successful partnership with the state government, which previously led to the completion of over 1,200 shops at Kasuwar Barci in Kaduna.<\/p>\n
Governor Senator Uba Sani, who was represented by Deputy Governor Hadiza Sabuwar Balaraba, described the 200-hectare project as a significant step in transforming Kaduna\u2019s housing landscape. He emphasized the importance of providing safe, affordable, and secure housing as a key priority of his administration.<\/p>\n
