\nPeople’s Redemption Party, (PRP) Kaduna State Chapter on the Justice A.H Suleiman ruling on the Kaduna Central Senatorial Elections.
\n“The PRP Kaduna State Chapter rejects and condemn the ruling of the State and National Assembly Elections tribunal on the petition brought before it on the 2019 National Assembly Elections with regards to our candidate Distinguished Senator Shehu Sani.
\n“The Justice A.H Suleiman ruling was nothing but a Judicial coronation of fraud. A two hours of hot air wasted to cannonize chicanery.
\nWe wish to bring to spotlight that the tribunal failed to grant our request for a recount of the votes.
\nThe defendant APC candidate never presented even a single withnese to the court to justify his victory.
\nThe lawyer that represented INEC is Governor Elrufai’s personal Attoney.
\nThe Tribunal didn’t inform the legal counsel of our candidate Distinguished Senator Shehu Sani of the date of the ruling.
\nThe ruling represent a rape of justice and the crowning and glorification of electoral robbery.
\nWe maintain that our candidate for the 2019 National Assembly Elections Distinguished Senator Shehu Sani won the Kaduna Central SENATORIAL ELECTION.Our candidates votes were clean and their votes were embellished,padded and fused with steroids,typical of their bogus integrity and dubious honesty.
\nThe so called APC victory was a product of falsification of figures,ballot stuffing,suppression of our votes and mass thumb printing in their favor,refusal to use card readers,of which the tribunal blessed with the gavel of the court.
\nTHE WHOLE OF THE REGISTERED VOTERS IN KADUNA CENTRAL ARE LESS THAN THE OVERALL VOTES ALLOCATED TO THOSE THAT CONTESTED.
\nWe shall without doubt appeal this ruling without delay.
\nNo change can come with people who rig elections;Nothing good can come from representatives who mount the seat of office with a tainted,muddy and Doping mandate.
\nNigeria\u2019s 2019 general elections is globally adjudged to be fraudulent because of examples like this.<\/p>\n
