\nThe National and State Assembly Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Kaduna on Saturday had in a judgment that lasted two hours dismissed the petition of the People\u2019s Democratic Party for what it described as its candidate’s failure to provide concrete evidences to back his claims.

\nwho is popularly Known as Mr. LA, had approached the tribunal seeking that it nullifies the election of Senator Uba Sani of the All Progressives Congress as senator of Kaduna Central Senatorial District and declare him winner of the 2019 election.<\/p>\n
Chairman of the three-man tribunal, Justice A. H. Suleiman, in a judgment
\n said that the petitioner had failed to present convincing evidence to be declare winner of the election.<\/p>\n
Barrister Frank Ikpe, one of the counsels to the defendant had described the judgement as wonderful.
