Borno: Transport Unions,\u00a0 Farmers Associations Get a Boost as Gov. Zulum Gives Operational Vehicles<\/p>\n

The associations of both Transport Unions and that of farmers have received a boost with Governor Babagana Zulum’s donation of operational vehicles.<\/p>\n

The presentation of vehicles were made during the governor’s visit to Baga town.<\/p>\n

The National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) and the Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN) received the vehicles to facilitate transportation.<\/p>\n

The vehicles presented included 7 golf saloon cars and 10 units of tricycles to NURTW, while 3 golf saloon cars and 5 units of tricycles went to RTEAN.<\/p>\n

Farmers and fish buyers also received 15 units of vehicles to assist with transporting produce and goods to markets.<\/p>\n

Leaders of the benefiting associations expressed gratitude to the governor for his continued support, acknowledging its positive impact on the local economy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
