The President, Nastrul Lahil-L-Fatih Society (NASFAT) Worldwide, Alhaji Olaniyi Yusuf has called on the newly sworn in National Executive Council members to be committed to the course of Allah.
He made this call during the inaugural ceremony held at its Lagos state Secretariat mosques Alawusa.
Speaking, Alhaji Yusuf stated that
 humanity, particularly, Nigerian Muslims were facing challenges in the areas of quality health care,  education, and skill acquisition.
The society he said is concentrating on four key areas and will be partnering other stakeholders in the realization of its goal through programmes and interventions.
“The society is focusing on four key areas, education, health, livelihood and dawah.
We all know the situation of the country in terms of security, poverty level, assess to education and health. So for us to  achieve these four set goals,  we require support and contributions and personal sacrifices from members and friends of the society. We are therefore asking our stakeholders to contribute their time, their talents and treasures.”
NASFAT Chief Missionary worldwide, Alhaji Maruf Onike urged the newly inaugurated officers and members to remain committed in order to achieve the society’s goal.
“You should remain committed to the aspirations, the yearnings, the mission, the goals and objectives of Nastrul Lahil-L-Fatih Society that we have been pursuing in the past 27years ago. On the 5th of March, 2022, NASFAT will become 27years on the surface of the earth.
In her speech, National Women Leader NASFAT Worldwide, Hajia Suweebah Bola Kupolati said NASFAT has in place programmes to support the women which she said will be intensified.
“We support our women in terms of training, empowerment, and skills acquisition. We will also support the widows, orphans. Some of our members that need medical support, we do give assistance.
Amongst the inaugurated officers was two term NASFAT Kaduna Chairman, Engr. Muhyideen Alimi Yusuf.
To give support to Engr. Muhyideen were
NASFAT Kaduna Executives led by the Branch Chairman, Alhaji AbdulGaniyu Ajao.
Present at the event were the Vice Chairman, NASFAT Kaduna, Alhaji  AbdulAkeem Adeniji, Chairman, Zonal Council of elders, Alhaji Kabir Inuwa Bello was there to represent the Council of Elders.
 In recognition of his commitments Alhaji Inuwa was inaugurated into the National Council Of Elders.
Others present were, Zonal Secretary, Alhaji Ahmed Muideen. Kaduna Branch Secretary, Alhaji Alebiosun Olayiola as well as Alhaji Nurudeen Yusuf, the Kaduna branch project Secretary.
The society has reaffirmed its commitments to ensure peaceful relationship amongst tribes and states promoting integrity and collaborate with the government in nation building.
