“This is the first Walimat. We wanted to do it before but God did not make it possible for us.
Alhamdullilah, I am really overjoyed to  witness this day.
“We urge all our parents to keep encouraging their children. It is not enough to just know how to recite the Holy Quran.
“The recitation of the Holy Quran does not stop at the reading of the messages. It goes beyond that. Many of us just read the messages, they don’t know the tafsir,  they don’t know the fique.  All these aspects of the Holy Quran are very important. It gives one a better understanding of what is contained in the Quran.
“We are calling on the parents, everyone of us to please join hands with the Mallams to make the task easy by encouraging our children and even ourselves to seek the knowledge of the Holy Quran.”
Parents who were full of joy seeing their children graduating filed out to add colour to the occasion.
It was a grand occasion for every NASFAT member who watched with keen interest the graduating students.
