Kaduna Guber: PDP Women Protest Result

A group of PDP women today stormed the Nigeria Union of Journalists NUJ secretariat to register their protest over the result of the just concluded governorship election.

They are calling for a review of the result.

According to the leaders of the group

Aisha Maidana Ibrahim, former Kaduna State women leader and PDP women leader northwest zone, and former Commissioner, women affairs, Maria Dogo, the people of Kaduna State massively came out to vote for candidate of their choice, Isa Ashiru, the  gubernatorial candidate of the People’s Democratic Party only to be surprised by the result.

In their peaceful protest, the group is  contesting the result and calling that the

PDP Guber candidate be declared the winner and Governor elect of the 2023 governorship election.
