Israel – Hamas Cease fire deal extends  for another 24hrs

Mediator Qatar has confirmed lstrael and Hama ceasefire deal has been extended till Friday.

So far, the deal between  Istraeli forces and the Hama on the release of captives,

Israel has released 210 Palestinians while 74 lstraelis are released by Hama forces to their countries.

26 nationals have been freed under different arrangement by Hama.

However, report has it that humanitarian aid has been coming into Gaza.

There has been international pressure to extend ceasefire after eight weeks of lsraeli attacks.

Secretary of state, Anthony Blinken arrived Israel as part of US diplomatic effort. He is to meet with Prime Minister  Netanyahu and lsraeli war cabinet as pressure is mounting on president Biden administration by different society groups for the release of their captives by Hamas.

Situation in West bank is reported to be worsened. This is the most populated area in Gaza.

Israeli media reports that more Palestinians have been injured in shooting attack in Jenin occupied West bank.

So far, 15 thousand of Palestinians is estimated to have been killed since the October 7th war in Gaza.

Benjamin Netanyahu is said, ‘to insist operation in Southern Gaza is necessary to destroy Hama’.
