Igabi Local Government Youth Council Lauds Hajiya  Rabi Salisu’s Commitments

Members of the Igabi Local Government Area National Youth Council have lauded the Kaduna  State Hon Commissioner, Human Services and Social Development, Hajiya Rabi Salisu for her commitments and leadership style in the discharge of her duties.

This commendation was given while in her office in Kaduna on a visit.

The team which was led by their branch Coordinator, Sagir Umar Rigasa, and some of his members pledged their continuous support for the commissioner.

While in her office, the Coordinator informed her that two of his EXCO members had been elected into the State Branch of the National Youth Council of Nigeria and had officially come to present them for her blessings after what they described as keenly contested state election which they won.

He noted that the achievement resulted from her “unprecedented accomplishments, amiable leadership, and pacesetting qualities”. He expressed appreciation for her laudable support and motherly advice, which contributed to their success stories today. He sought further guidance on moving Igabi Local Government forward towards sustainable progress.

In her response, the Honorable Commissioner shared in their success and congratulated the two newly elected members of the State NYCN chapter. She advised them to transform the lives of youth in Igabi Local Government through innovative ideas and develop an executive agenda that would make a meaningful impact.
She added that she was proud to have consistently conducted three cycles of peaceful, free, and fair elections for the youth in Kaduna State. She urged them to be law-abiding and respect statutory laws and constituted authority in discharging their duties, ensuring all young people were carried along in a team spirit.
She reiterated the government’s commitment to stepping up youth-led initiatives and interventions at all levels of grassroots response, hoping for more collaboration and strengthened positive change outcomes in the future.
