NASFAT ANNOUNCES THE DEMISE OF FORMER NPRS, ALHAJI BANJI BUSARI*

With heavy hearts but total submission to the will of Allah, the Nasrul-Lahi-L-Fatih Society (NASFAT) announces the passing of our beloved brother, leader, and former National Public Relations Secretary,

Alhaji AbdulAzeez Olabanji Busari,

who returned to his Creator on Friday, June 20, 2025, after a brief illness. He has since been buried according to Islamic rites.

A statement signed by NASFAT’s National Public Relations Secretary, Alhaji Shamsideen Owolabi Oseni had described late Busari as a man with examplary character.

Alhaji Banji Busari was a selfless, passionate journalist who generously devoted his professionalism not only to NASFAT but to the betterment of humanity. His life exemplified truth, integrity, and a tireless dedication to community development and social harmony.
The President of NASFAT, Alhaji Ayodeji AbdulWahid AbdulRauf, expressed heartfelt condolences, describing Alhaji Busari’s death as a great loss to NASFAT and the wider Muslim Ummah. He prayed that Allah forgives his shortcomings and strengthens his family and loved ones during this difficult time.
NASFAT’s Chief Missioner, Imam Maroofdeen AbdulAzeez Onike, offered special prayers for the repose of his soul, asking Allah to illuminate his grave, admit him into Al-Jannah Firdaus, and grant patience to his family and the entire NASFAT family.
