Tinubu Directs Thorough Probe into Kano Killing of Woman and Six Children

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has directed security agencies to immediately carry out a full investigation into the brutal killing of a housewife and her six children in Kano State.

The President strongly condemned the incident, describing it as barbaric and completely unacceptable, and insisted that no effort should be spared in uncovering everyone responsible for the heinous act and bringing them to justice.

In a statement issued on Monday by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, President Tinubu expressed deep anger over the killings and instructed the police to go beyond the arrest of the initial three suspects to apprehend all those connected to the crime.

According to the statement, the President stressed that such an attack on innocent children has no place in any civilized society.

He also extended his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.

President Tinubu commended the Nigeria Police Force for the swift arrest of the three principal suspects and ordered a thorough and diligent prosecution of all individuals found culpable.

He further reassured Nigerians of the Federal Government’s unwavering commitment to the protection of lives and property, emphasizing that acts of violence of this nature will not be tolerated.
