In his comment, the chief of army staff (COAS) Lt General Tukur Buratai said Governor Zulum’s commitment to the fight against boko haram is legendary and something everyone is proud of.

Burtai also described Zulum as a dynamic governor that has been of tremendous support to the Nigerian military in the combined effort to end boko haram.

The COAS reaffirmed the army’s commitment to not only continue taking their fight to the enclaves of boko haram
