WAEC Releases 2020 WASSCE Results

The West African Examinations Council, (WAEC) has released the 2020 Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) results.

The result which was earlier postponed  due to the violence that trailed the #ENDSARS protests has been released with all the breakdown.

Giving a breakdown, Head of the National office, Patrick Areghan said,  a total number of 1,549,740  registered for the 2020 examination.

The total of 1,338, 348 representing 86.99 per cent he said obtained credit and above in a minimum of any five subjects – with or without English Language and/or Mathematics.

Also, 1,003, 668 candidates representing 65.24 per cent obtained credits and above in a minimum of five subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.

Candidates are advised to visit WAEC website to check their results.
