The Nasrul-Lahi-L-Fatih Society (NASFAT) warmly congratulates Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim, fsi, CIPD, MSPSP, on her recent appointment as Nigeria’s Minister of Women Affairs by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
NASFAT President, Alhaji Ayodeji AbdulWahid AbdulRauf, commended her as an exceptional leader and dedicated advocate for women’s development and social advancement.
A statement signed by NASFAT National Public Relations Secretary, Alhaji Shamsideen Owolabi Oseni further complimented.
“With over two decades of expertise across the public, private, and development sectors, Sulaiman-Ibrahim brings extensive experience in conflict management, human capital development, peace building, and national security. Known as an administrator par excellence, she has made significant contributions to empowering women and promoting equitable social structures.
“In her prior roles, including as Director-General of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) and the National Commission for Refugees, Migrants, and Internally Displaced Persons (NCFRMI), Sulaiman-Ibrahim consistently supported NASFAT women’s initiatives. Her efforts align closely with NASFAT’s mission of empowering communities and advancing women’s welfare.
Alhaji AbdulRauf expressed optimism about her potential to drive impactful programs that benefit Nigerian women, pledging NASFAT’s unwavering support for the ministry’s vision and goals under her leadership.
