Charity Day: NASFAT Doka Group, Kaduna Zone, Presents Writing Materials to School, Islamiyya

NASFAT Doka Group, Kaduna Zone, in conformity with one of the tenets of Islam on Friday presented exercise books, biros and pencils to NASFAT school pupils including Islamic schools.
According to the Women Coordinator, NASFAT Doka Group, Hajiya Bashirat Seidu, it is a gesture meant to express gratitude to Almighty Allah.
The purpose of the visit she said is charity as encouraged in lslam and directed by the national headquarters.
Before the presentation, Hajiya Bashirat and her team supported by Chairman NASFAT Doka Group, Hon Musbau Adepoju were shown round the school premises by the Assistant Secretary, NASFAT Kaduna
Branch, Mallam Nurudeen Hamza together with the Branch’ s education secretary, Hajiya Rashidat Jamiyu, the Head teacher, hajiya Meimuna Hassan to assess the level of development.
The education secretary, during the inspection had listed a number of challenges one of it being the need to complete the on going structure so that the students can move to their respective classes.
She appealed for financial assistance for the speedy completion of the project.
“I am very happy to receive Doka people. I appreciate them for showing their love and care. We need your assistance for our on going project.
Presently, NASFAT school is at its SS2 level.” She added.
Commending NASFAT Branch Executives, she has this to say
“I must say Kaduna NASFAT is really trying for us. They are really showing their love for children because whenever we have challenges and is presented to them, they try their best. Infact all NASFAT members. We appreciate them.”
The head teacher NASFAT Model school, Hajiya Meimuna Hassan also appreciated Doka women’s wing for their contributions. The school she said is making sure that things are going moving smoothly.
Speaking shortly after, Hajiya Bashirat while commending the efforts of the branch for their commitments in enhancing quality education promised to contribute in their own little way towards the growth of the school.
“A lot of things need to be done. They need more things. They have challenges but Alhamdullilah, we didn’t even expect that it is up to this standard. The number of children we have seen here, we didn’t expect to see such number. I must say the teachers are actually trying. We pray that Allah will bless us more so that we will be able to do more in terms of what they need.
We are urging people outside and around here to bring their children to NASFAT school. Infact if you see other schools that they call international school, their standard is not up to this school. I am really impressed.
The exercise was also extended to NASFAT Doka lslamiyya.
Doka Children’s Affairs Secretary, Hajiya -Olorukoba receiving the token from the team thanked them for the gesture.
The head of Ridiwanullahi Islamic and Arabic school, Doka, Alfa Mukaila Adebisi could not hide his joy as he distributed the book to his pupils.
Chairman NASFAT Doka Group commended the women for a successful outing while encouraging that they keep the spirit flying.
