NASFAT Urges  Nigerians to Depend on Their Creator

Nasrul-lahi-l Fatih Society NASFAT has called on Nigerians to depend on their creator, (God) in all their affairs in order to experience succour.

The Chief Missioner, Nasrul-lahi-l Fatih Society NASFAT, Sheik (Imam) Mauruf Abdulazeez Onike made this call on Saturday during the annual special Ramadan Lecture(1445 AH 2024) with its theme “The Lord That Answers Prayers“ held at the headquarters of the society at Utako, Abuja .

“We are supposed to be dependent in all our activities on God, when you don’t depend on God, you will keep struggling without success.”

He advised Muslims across the world not to only practice Islam as a religion, but to manifest the divinity and sanctity of Almighty God.

Muslims he emphasized should depend on the direction of Almighty God, as he enjoined them to intensify on personal prayers as well as pray for the country’s leaders, in order that the lingering socioeconomic problems can be resolved.

Imam Onike stressed on the need to be guided by daily and special prayers noting that, the four “Ws and H” is dependent on Why , When , Who , What and How do we pray.
He said this year’s lecture is to rejuvenate more confidence and hope in the ability of Almighty God to effect changes at the slightest opportunity, saying the current Nigeria problems will come to pass.
Imam Onike however urged Muslims to be magnanimous amidst the current situations, stating that the well placed in the society should use this opportunity to touch the lives of ordinary Nigerians particularly in the holy month.
The Chief Missioner congratulated and commended the leadership of the society, Abuja chapter stating that Allah will continue to protect and preserve them and their own particularly on their selfless service to promote Islam.
