Security: Shoot On Sight Anyone In Possession Of AK47 – Buhari Orders Security Agents

This is meant to curb the rising problem of insecurity in the country.

The Senior Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu made this revelation in an interview with the BBC Hausa Service monitored by The Cable.

“The President has ordered the security forces to go into the bushes and shoot whoever they see with AK-47 and other sophisticated weapons. He ordered that whoever is seen with these terrible weapons should be shot immediately” Garba Shehu stated.

 

The federal government he said is left with no  choice than to take stern measures to stem the increasing waves of banditry and kidnapping in the northern part of the country.
