As the political landscape is getting heat up in Kaduna state, politicians are beginning to strategize ways to having a soft landing come 2019 election.

The House of Senate contest, political observers say is one race to watch out for as new entrants vying for these seats have all it takes to turn around the table.

Hon Usman Ibrahim is eyeing the Kaduna North Central seat at the Upper Chambers and his appearance into the contest some political analysts have described as going to change the ball game.  He is one man his contenders would have to watch.

For those who know his antecedents, he is really not an easy ‘nut to crack’ for he has done it before and would do it again.

Honourable Usman Ibrahim, popularly known as Sardauna Badarawa was the former Kaduna State Local Government Council Chairman under the umbrella of the All Progressive Congress (APC).

His decision to contest he said was informed by the desire to serve the people and make a difference .

The foresighted, vibrant and easy-going  aspirant said, he could not wave off pressures from his dear loving members of his constituency, the Kaduna North Central requesting for his return to the scene to continue his exemplary leadership role of putting smiles on the faces of the less privileged. It is such a dear call that he could not ignore.

” It is against this background that I joined the race to vie for the Senate as a prospective aspirant that can represent the good people of Kaduna Central Senatorial zone.

The Senate is a place where you need a vibrant, intelligent, and experienced administrator who can initiate and sponsor bills that will help bridge the gap of poverty and development. Such were his words in an interview.

“If you give me your vote come 2019, you are surely not going to regret it because my desire to contest is to serve and make a difference”.
