NASFAT Kaduna Prays For The Country’s Stability … Stresses Significance Of Fasting On The Last Day Of Zulhajj, Arafat

Natrul-Lahi -L- Fatih Society (NASFAT) Kaduna Branch has intensified prayers for peace in Kaduna State and the country at large ahead of Eid-el-Kabir celebration.

Stressing on the importance of fasting in the month of Zulhajj, each day its said attracts benefits and reward in the sight of Allah.

NASFAT Zonal Missionary, lmam Marooph Muh’d Raji explained this in his lecture delivered today at NASFAT Kaduna mosque.

“Benefits attached to each fast of the 10days of Zulhajj cannot be over emphasized, particularly the last day of fast, the ‘Arafat’ day.” (a day before sallah).

Imam Marooph Muh’d Raji called on Muslim Umah to always strife towards observation of fast  as it will be beneficial to one here on earth and the hereafter.

One who fasts on Arafat day will reap the reward of being forgiven sins committed for a whole year. He said.  It is therefore highly recommended for Muslims to fast tomorrow, day of ‘Arafat’.

The recitation recommended by the holy Prophet Muhammed SAW should be constantly recited. The Imam admonished.

Prayer:

“Laailaaha illa Llaah, Wahda-Hu Iaa Shariika La-Hu, La-Hul-Mulku, Wa-la-Hul-Hamdu,Yuhyi Wayumiitu, Wa-Huwa Hayyun La Yamuutu, Biyadi-Hil-Khaeru, Wa-Huwa ‘Alaa Kulli Shaehin Qodiirun.”

Still explaining,

“Lots of angels will descend on earth tomorrow as such Muslims should use the opportunity to receive the bounty of Allah.

While urging all Muslims to intensify prayers on the remaining days of Zulhajj being today, tomorrow and next, he said today is a great day. It is the preparation for the Hajj proper. “Seek for all your desires for Allah is all hearing and all forgiving.” He ended.
