Governor Uba Sani Named ‘He for She’ Champion

The Ministry of Human Services and Social Development Kaduna state has named Governor Uba Sani, ‘He for She’ champion.
This recognition is coming barely days after which he was decorated as the Champion of Gender Equality and Women Economic Empowerment in Nigeria at the just concluded Women Economic Empowerment Summit 2024 held, 22nd – 23rd, November, 2024 at the Yar’adua Hall Murtala Muhammad Square, Kaduna.
According to the Kaduna State Commissioner, Ministry of Human Services and Social Development, Hajiya Rabi Salisu who decorated His Excellency, the recognition she said is in honor of his commitment towards ending all forms of GBV against women, children and girls in the state.
“He has demonstrated government commitment towards ending all forms of GBV against women, children and girls. As his strong message to the citizens of the state, that the 2024 Campaign Starts with Men.”
It was an history event, the 30th of November , 2024 when the amiable Governor His Excellency Senator Uba Sani led the highest level engagement of the kaduna State Executive Council on zero tolerance to GBV in the State in ORANGE 🍊 Color.
