*NASFAT Celebrates Oba Adedokun Abolarinwa’s Decade of Educational Impact*

The pace-setting global Islamic society, Nasrul-Lahi-L-Fatih Society (NASFAT) celebrated Oba Adedokun Abolarinwa for a decade of remarkable contributions to education and youth development at Abolarin College, Oke Ila, Osun State. The event highlighted the monarch’s dedication to transforming the lives of vulnerable children through free and holistic education.
Led by NASFAT President Alhaji Ayodeji AbdulWahid AbdulRauf, the delegation included a member of National Council of Elders, Alhaji Oyeladun, National Youth Secretary, Brother Tajudeen Olasupo, National Mission Board Representative Professor Nasir Onibon, Osun Zonal Chairman Engineer Olaniyi Yisau Gbadebo, and Council of Elders Chairman Alhaji Adewumi. Also present were Zonal Executive Council members and NASFAT Ila-Orogun BEC representatives.
During the visit, the NASFAT President applauded the school’s efforts in building future leaders devoid of religious or socio-economic barriers. Abolarin College, a tuition-free institution, provides free meals, accommodation, and skill acquisition programs, empowering students to become self-reliant. Alhaji AbdulRauf expressed interest in adopting similar projects to extend NASFAT’s impact.

Oba Adedokun Abolarinwa shared insights on the college’s operations, emphasizing that his support comes from individuals across faiths who believe in his vision. “I am neither rich nor poor,” he stated, highlighting the contributions of notable Muslim organizations and individuals to the school’s success. He also promised to work with Fountain University, Osogbo (FUO) for further higher education of their students.
According to a statement issued by the National Public Relations Secretary,
Nasrul-Lahi-L-Fatih Society, Alhaji Shamsideen Owolabi Oseni,
“NASFAT demonstrated its commitment to education by donating fund and presenting gifts to the students and the Kabiyesi. The gesture symbolized the society’s resolve to foster educational excellence and community service.
“This collaboration between NASFAT and Abolarin College underscores the power of unity and shared values in addressing societal challenges, ensuring a brighter future for Nigeria’s youth”. The statement added.
