2023 Election: APC Has Failed Nigerians – Tambuwal
… we need someone that is pan Nigeria

The Governor of Sokoto State and Presidential aspirant of the People Democratic party, PDP has called on Nigerians to vote wisely in the forth coming elections.
The ruling All progressive Party APC he said has failed Nigerians as such needs to be voted out.

He made this call while at the party Secretariat on Saturday to according to him ‘consort with party stakeholders and members of the party.

According to the former Speaker of the House, for Nigeria to move forward, there is need to have someone who not only understands the dynamics of governance but also that of modern days governance of 21st century.

“We need someone that can unify this country , someone that is pan Nigeria, someone that understands the dynamics of governance and modern days governance of 21st century.

“When you talk about democracy, someone that has democratic experience in terms of either being in the executive arms of government or in the legislative arms of government; and when you talk of governance and governing a country like Nigeria you must not relegate the judiciary.

What the party needs is one who can win for the party. He said.

“What should matter to PDP is the candidate that can win. It is about winning this election. So l appeal to you the people of Kaduna state and members of our great party to understand that the dynamics of today are different from the dynamics of 1998. So we must factor all of these in the choice of the standard flag bearer of our party to make sure that we nominate someone that can by the grace of God can deliver, winning the election for the PDP and for Nigeria.

“So if possible, where you can identify an individual with all of these and due sense of humility, l think it is only natural that we support such a course and work together with such an individual for us to be able to really have someone who understands the issues to govern this country.

He charged party members to work as a family if they must win election.

“Our concern should be on how to win this election. We must not spend time on internal squabbles and disagreements. We must all have our eyes on the ball and the objective for us is first and foremost to send away APC by winning election. Working with good and well meaning Nigerians to rescue our country from Imminent collapse in the country

“APC has not been able to and cannot manage even their affairs as a party, how much more of providing in governance and leadership of a country as great as dynamic, complex as Nigeria

Nigeria he said has never found itself in such a critical situation we are today.

We know the crisis in APC today, they are confusing their supporters and there members, just the way they had succeeded in confusing the economy of this country. They have confused the entirety of the economy of our country. How much are we buying petroleum today, in the next hour, there is increase in price. There is inflation. we cannot predict the price of rice. When you go to market is a different price.

When we talk about Security, Kaduna people you know better, by the time people handed over in 2015, we knew the level of security we had in Kaduna state, yes we have few challenges, but it was not as bad as this, the entirety of North west. Even the fight of Corruption, what’s happening, so they have failed Nigerians, it is.therefore imperative that we must all collectively come together to ensure that we retrieve our country, rescue our country for good governance of Nigeria
