UBA SANI PULLS 1,149 VOTES, WINS APC GOVERNORSHIP PRAMARIES

The Senator representing Kaduna Central Senatorial District, Senator Uba Sani had a landslide victory at the All Progressives Congress, (APC), governorship primary held in Kaduna.

Announcing the result, Chairman of Kaduna APC governorship primary election, Anachuna Izu said senator Uba Sani polled 1,149 votes to emerge the winner.

Bashir Abubakar, his closest rival scored 37 votes, while Sani Shaaban had 10 votes.

According to him, altogether,  1, 245 delegates were accredited for the exercise. Total votes cast were 1,235. Valid votes stood at 1,196 of the while 39 votes were invalid.
