Savannah Conference Volleyball League: Nigeria Immigration Male, Female Teams  Dominate

Both male and female teams of the Nigeria Immigration Service  (NIS)  are dominating opponents  at the ongoing Savannah Conference Volleyball League taking place at Murtala Square Kaduna.

On day-three of the league on Tuesday, both teams continued their unbeaten record as they thrashed opponents  3-0 apiece.

In the opening match of the day, NIS flogged the Kaduna female team 3-0, while their male counterparts humiliated Spartans of Adamawa 3-0 in a match played later  in the day.

The female NIS team beat Kaduna 25-18, 25-20 and 25-8, while their male counterparts humiliated Spartans 25-18, 25-17 and 25-22.

In other female matches concluded on Tuesday, Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) towed the line of their fellow Para military  as they thrashed  the female Spartans  of Adam’s 3-0.

It was a clean sweep as they mauled them 25-7, 25-5 and 25-5.

Wikki of Bauchi subdued hard fighting  Zamfara  female team 3-0, 25-15, 25-18 and 25-18.

In the last female match of the day,  Benue  walked  over Plateau,  claiming  the maximum  score line  of 3-0.

In a surprise  win,  Kano  male team that had been impressive were  beaten 1-3 by Plateau.

The match results  were  15-25, 20-25, 25-19 and 18-25.
