Hope Builders Foundation, for Entrepreneurial Education, a “Not-For-Profit” firm has named a Master Mariner and founder of Caleb Foundation, Captain Caleb Danladi, as one of its Member.
The Kaduna born Captain confirmed this in a chat with correspondent in Kaduna.
With this development, the young people in Kaduna has cause to smile as this appointment will further strengthen his inspiration for human development.
Celeb Danladi before now has through his foundation touched on the lives of many in the society.
With this development, the young people in Nigeria no doubt have cause to celebrate for according to him, he is ready to give all it takes to better the youth.
“I have just been appointed Board member for Hope Builders Foundation.
“We are convinced that the challenges that confront young people in Africa are multi-dimensional and complex. Thus require an integration of responses that address young people’s intellectual, economic, social, emotional and spiritual needs.
“Accordingly, our integral youth development program is made up of vocational skills training in market related technical and commercial trades, small enterprise development services, life skills education, inspirational talks, academic coaching and promotion of talents in the arts.
“The goal is to build healthy resourceful youths for needy communities. We are encouraged by the abundant transformative energy and potential in young people and thus ours is a calling to serve them and we serve them with passion and love”, the Foundation stated.
Giving an insight on the foundation’s
programmes and projects, he said.
The foundation’s Programs and Projects includes Entrepreneurship Development Citizenship Education, Creative Arts and Development.
The Foundation’s entrepreneurship training curriculum provides information about local and global market needs, professional environment, and skills youths need to thrive in the global economy.
Explaining further,
“The training work to ensure a new generation of quick–thinking and self–employed youths. Since 2012, we have trained over 28,200 youths in northern Nigeria”, it stated.
Also,  that 7, 240 enterprises have been established by their alumni and over 28,960 young people have secured employment in these enterprises.
The Foundation’s Vision is building healthy resourceful youths for needy communities by transforming young adults to be what God intends them to be for holistic development, while its Mission is to improve the living condition of the poor and the needy within the society by building hope in individuals one person at a time. He added.
“We have a well developed and competent team of dedicated men and women volunteers that is committed to excellence in providing suitable skills for human empowerment.
“Our training programmes and services are intended for participants to excitedly share expectations in attitudes, skills and knowledge that would adjust the individuals for a purposeful work life.
“We are prepared, confident and competent to move our society to the next level. We are open to partnership with Government agencies and NGOs”.
