SDP Presidential Candidate Storms Kaduna
…says, SDP has solutions to Nigeria ‘s problems
 Zainab Tanimu
Kaduna, Northwest Nigeria
The Social Democratic party’s (SDP) Presidential Candidate, Prince Adewale Adebayo and his entourage over the weekend stormed Kaduna to seek  support of members  ahead 2023 general elections.
According to him, Kaduna holds a strategic position in the history of the north as such very vital in the actualization of the party’s political dream.
The visit was to also avail them the opportunity to know the level of readiness and preparedness of the people of Kaduna state. He stated.
“Kaduna is the  political capital of Nigeria.
Everyone in Nigeria knows that if you want to find a solution to Nigeria’s problem, you come to Kaduna. When Kaduna gets it right, Nigeria will get it right.
But in 2015, Kaduna got it wrong by voting Buhari, so we are in trouble now. That is why we came back here, to say let us come together and correct the error. I don’t need to tell you what is wrong with Nigeria, all of us experience what is wrong.
Speaking on insecurity, he said, the fact that insecurity is affecting Kaduna is a slap on the face of Nigeria because Kaduna is the security capital of Nigeria.
“Kaduna is the security capital of Nigeria. The healthiest military formation African south of Sahara is in Kaduna. But the most important component of security is to have a commander in chief and because we fail to have a commander in chief, we have no arm forces. With me, you will get the commander – in chief.
“Let me tell you 5 problems that we have in Nigeria. These 5 problems have like fifty thousand solutions to them. So we don’t need to cry over the problems. These are, insecurity, poverty, unemployment, including bad politics.
Prince Adewale Adebayo attributed mismanagement to the reason why there is inflation in the country.
If resources were managed well, Nigerians will not be going through the present hardship.
“The second problem we have is poverty. That one itself is a bitter insult because the wealth of Kaduna state is enough for Nigeria alone if Kaduna was all Nigeria had, we will have no poverty. If all the factories they were in Kaduna, in 1979 are the only factory Nigeria has, there will be no poverty. If the agricultural produce is all that Nigeria has, there will be no poverty in Nigeria.
“If the water resource in Kaduna is the only thing that Nigeria has, there will be no poverty in Nigeria but we have much more than that. So why do we have poverty?”
Still on his readiness to bring change if voted into power come 2023 general elections, he said.
We have poverty in Nigeria because we have no government.
“I have been studying what we call medium chart expenditure frame work of this government and since 2016, 2017, l noticed that revenue was getting narrower and narrower and the problem was increasing then, l started finding out what is wrong with the matter?
“I met people who are in the Senate, l met the Chairman, Senate appropriation committee, Senate finance committee and asked them questions but found out that they don’t know where Nigeria money is. Infact when l talked to the other side they said if you know where the money is, please tell us. I talked to people in National planning, people in finance, then talked to people on the board of NNPC, they don’t know where Nigeria money is. President Buhari himself he said  does not  know where Nigeria money is.
Investigation he said also revealed that 80% of all the crude oil the country produces is stolen and that every month the country loses about 4billion dollars.
The presidential candidate, the youngest of them all is promising to take Nigeria out of its woes If given the opportunity to serve, all the anomalies will be corrected. Nigeria he said is the richest people on the planet and second highest in poverty.
The poverty in Nigeria he said is a deliberate poverty perpetrated by the wicked in the government.
All these problems will be a thing of the past if by the grace of God, he comes on board. He assured.
“The poverty that we see in Nigeria is a deliberate poverty caused by the wickedness and carelessness of those in government he said.
The unemployment and bad politics is also another militiating factor. Prince Adewale cautioned against politics of tribal and religious divide, for the development of the country.
When you have bad politics, you will not have unity in the country. People bringing religion ethnicity into politics. You will have communities working against communities and  there will be tension everywhere.
“l want to assure you that this is the last time in Nigeria that a politician will come before you to campaign against poverty. We will eradicate poverty. The Social Democratic Party will change the  topic.
We must make progress.Vote for SDP,  let us remove poverty once and for all. He called.
Nigeria has two political parties, SDP and another. He sounded.
