Meanwhile, Kano state government in order to prevent breakdown of law and order has imposed dawn to dusk curfew.
The state commissioner for information and internal affairs, Hon. Garba Muhammed in a statement issued said the curfew became necessary noticing tension brewing in some parts of the state before the announcement of the result.
Some political analysts have attributed
Kwankwaso’s victory in Kano to his
charisma. Kwankwaso they said won the heart of the people. There is an emotional.power of kwankwasia. That is, Kwankwaso’s personal magnism.
That the Kwanwasiya movement came in full force to give him a lime slide victory both at the presidential and governorship election.
That election is about candidate and culture. The talakawa culture came to play. A minority party, winning majority votes. They added.
