… Donates Relief Materials to Community

Nasrul-Lahi-li Fathi Society of Nigeria, NASFAT, as part of its humanitarian services has donated relief materials to the victims of the Karsuwa Margani crisis.
The Chairman NASFAT, Kaduna Branch Engr. Muhydeen Alimi made this known while presenting the materials to the Sarki Karsuwa Margani, Ibrahim Abdullahi,
The visit he said is not only to donate relief materials but, also to identify with the people of the community especially at this trying period.
NASFAT he added is a non –governmental organization and non-political whose main concerned is that of positively impacting on the lives of the people irrespective of their tribal or religious affiliation. He commended the state government’s efforts in bringing the situation under control.
” NASFAT as a society, is mainly concerned with charity, helping the needy, especially at a trying time, when they are in need of essential materials like the ones we brought here today.
“This is to show brotherhood. We are of the believe that the materials will go a long way to help them recover from some of their lost”, Engr. Alimi said.
While praying for peaceful coexistence, The Zonal Missioner of NASFAT, Imam Ma’rooph Muhd Raji said whoever shows mercy to another person shall earn Allah’s blessing.
Imam Marooph called on people to develop the spirit of oneness by preaching unity and love; praying that God Almighty puts an end to the crisis.
He advised the youth to distant themselves from all forms of violence while he commended the state government’s quick intervention.
The women secretary Kaduna NASFAT, Hajia Kudurat Akande expressing their concern says: ” the women of the society have contributed new sets of wrappers as part of our contribution to this gesture.
“As women, we are concerned with what happened to the people, especially the women and that is why it becomes necessary for us to donate from our little resources to help the women who are victims of the crisis”.
Responding on behalf of the people of the community, Sarki Karsuwa Margani, Ibrahim Abdullahi lauded the efforts of NASFAT, saying that people should learn to live in peace.
While speaking, he called on the state government to double its efforts to ensure that peace reign, not only in Karsuwa Margani but in the whole of the state.
Donated items include: bags of maize, cartoons of spaghetti, indomies noodles, bags of millet wrappers among others.
