Chief Missioner NASFAT Worldwide, Shiekh Onike Visits NASFAT Doka, Kaduna Main Branch, Inspects Project

… stresses on efficacy of prayer

NASFAT Chief Missioner,  Shiekh Marufudeen Onike yesterday, 15th December, 2024 was in NASFAT Doka Branch, Kaduna on a visit.

During his visit the chief Missioner commended the branch for its activities.

lmam Onike was accompanied by NASFAT National Project Secretary worldwide, Engr. Muhyideen Alimi Yusuf, NASFAT Doka Elder Committee’s Chairman, Alhaji Isiaka Yusuf and were received by the executives of the branch.

Before leaving, the chief Missioner and the branch Missioner Imam Uthman Kabir together with the missionary board members jointly led the congregation in prayers.

As a parting gift he gave a special prayer to members to use in invoking the Almighty Allah whom he said is everywhere and ever ready to hear the call of his servants. He called on members to continue to trust in Allah who is the All- Knowing and the best disposer of Affairs.

The branch Missioner thanked him for finding time to visit the branch as they wished him journey mercies back home to Lagos.

Earlier, on Friday, he visited NASFAT Kaduna main branch and was received by Vice Chairman Alhaji Suleiman Aliebosun who stood in for the branch Chairman, Alhaji AbdulAkeem Adeniji . He also commended their asalat and the missionary board members.

The Chief Missioner prayed Jumaat at the main branch and also received the delegation of the NTA, VON and FRSCN who invited him for their forthcoming Ramadan lecture as the guest lecturer.

The National Project Secretary worldwide Engr. Muhyideen Alimi Yusuf led him and some of the executives to inspect the school project which he commended.

Also, during the asalat in NASFAT Doka Branch, Sister Ummi Khayr of Doka Branch youth wing was officially appreciated for making the zone and the branch proud at the just concluded NASFAT 2024 National Quran competition held in Oshogbo.

Sister Ummi Khayr represented NASFAT  Kaduna Zone, and emerged as the 1st runner-up at the competition.

 

Ummi Khayr earlier had participated in the regional Quran competition where she emerged the overall which qualified her for the national entry.

The symbolic presentation was made by the Chairman, NASFAT Doka Branch Hon. Musbau Adepoju who was supported by the branch Missioner, Imam Uthman Kabir,  the Vice Chairman Elders Committee Dr. Folunsho Nuhu, the branch Women Affairs Secretary hajia Bashirat Sheidu, Assistant Women Affairs Secretary, hajiya Rakiya Abutu and Ummi Khayr’s mother.

The chairman appreciated Ummi Khayr’s efforts while calling on other youth to emulate her..

Imam Kabir impressed by her performance, prayed for her continuous knowledge as he urged other parents to encourage and avail their ward whenever they are called for participation in the Branch’s activities.

Zonal Youth Amir,  Ibrahim Omotosho and Doka youth Amir, Abdulmajeed Ahmed were commended for their untiring efforts in ensuring that the youth take part in organized activities within and outside the branch.
